Our weekly English Club offers a welcoming space for Afro-Colombian English learners to refine their conversation skills. We believe English proficiency is a valuable tool for education and career advancement. Native English speakers are also invited to participate, fostering a meaningful exchange of language and culture.

We are developing a program dedicated to supporting Black entrepreneurs and professionals by providing mentorship, financial literacy resources, and networking opportunities. Our goal is to equip individuals with the tools they need to build sustainable businesses and careers.

Black on Black Diaspora Party
A powerful gathering that celebrates the African diaspora in Medellín and throughout Colombia. This event provides a safe and joyful space for connection, featuring local DJs, artists, and performers. It is a night of unity, cultural pride, and community support.

Expanding beyond Medellín, our Virtual Language Exchange connects people across borders to practice language skills and share cultural experiences. This initiative builds bridges between communities, creating opportunities for dialogue and learning.

Black Joy Parade
Since 2019, the Black Joy Parade has brought music, dance, and culture to the streets of Medellín. Inspired by the "bunde" tradition of the Black Pacific coast, this vibrant celebration uplifts Afro-Colombian heritage while supporting Black-owned businesses and artists.
